We produced these two photomontages in 5 days to assist our client with their planning application for this luxury new development in Cardiff.

Their main requirment was to illustrate the main access road into the development as this was a concern for the local planning authority.

Once our client gained planning permission for this new scheme we were then commisioned to produce marketing CGIs along with the marketing brochure.
